Through my work in fast-paced and highly demanding newsrooms, I have honed reporting and editing skills that set me apart from the pack. I have experience at the local, state and national level - from covering national education policy on the Hill, to breaking news from the Wisconsin state Capitol during the run-up to Gov. Scott Walker's recall election, to managing a newsroom of more than 75 student journalists. My talent, know-how and challenge-driven work ethic are rooted in a passion to tell impactful stories.
